Community living is an enormous step for individuals and their families. We are dedicated to providing opportunities and creating homes.

Medicaid Waiver Programs

Individuals who are eligible to receive Medicaid Waiver funds may choose Arrow, Inc. to provide a variety of Waiver Services on the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) and Family Supports Waiver (FSW) Waivers.

These supports can be provided:

  • in their own homes

  • in family homes

  • in Structured Family Caregiving homes

  • or other similar environments.

Arrow, Inc. can also establish a residential setting of the individual’s choice. These settings are supported by a full-time Living Assistant and offer additional supports from qualified Skills Trainers.

These services are supervised by a Regional Program Manager who provides training programs and support services to the individual and to the caregivers serving the individual in the home.

Residential-Based Habilitation

Arrow's in-home tailored support services help individuals to reside successfully in their own homes or with natural/adoptive families.
