Structured family caregiving (SFC) is a living arrangement where an individual resides in the private home of a primary caregiver. This primary caregiver may be a a foster care provider, or a family member other than the individual’s spouse, parent, or legal guardian.
SFC programs provide individuals with the means to work toward personal goals while receiving individualized support and care through a Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP).

- Chore Services
- Attendant Care
- Companion Care
- Medication Oversight
- Respite Services
- Transportation
- Other appropriate supports as described in the PCISP
